Lincolnshire, Ill. and Schaumburg, Ill., April 15, 2014─Zebra Technologies organization (NASDAQ: ZBRA) and Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI) today broadcast that they have entered into approved agreement in which Zebra will gain Motorola’s Enterprise corporation for $3.45 billion in an all-cash compact. The obtainment will be funded through a composite of cash on hand and new account. The event, which was accepted by the Boards of management of both companies, is subject to traditional closing conditions including regulatory approvals. The transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2014.
